This fall we were thrilled to once again produce an event for Starwood Hotel & Resorts. Working directly with our client, we brought the outdoors “in” with a “glamping” themed client appreciation event held at the Westin Downtown Atlanta. The Destination South Meetings and Events team was fully engaged in producing “The Glam Outdoors” event in the areas of theme development, a fully customized event website, décor concepts, original entertainment, pre-planning and on-site event management. Through a variety of outdoorsy activities, unique entertainment, live music, a mechanical bull, arts, crafts and fun mini-games we created an environment that embraced rugged luxury for all “glampers” attending!

Client appreciation events can create much more than just a good time for those attending. We find that there are many ways this type of event can make a positive impact for a company’s bottom line.
